Shipping
No shipping is taking place yet — the platform is in pre-launch with no active checkout. When purchases open, each order will be dispatched by the producer or by a partner carrier, with the delivery window shown on each product page.
Returns
A 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt is planned, in line with the Portuguese and European legislation applicable to distance selling. The exact conditions for opened food and cosmetic products will be detailed before launch.
